    The Alberta Adult Health Benefit program supports Albertans in low income to ensure they have access to prescription drugs, dental services, optical services, emergency ambulance and diabetic supplies that are essential to health and well-being.
  • Premier’s Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities
    Created under the Premier’s Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities Act in 1988, the Council is an advisory body accountable to the Premier through the Minister of Human Services. It is responsible for providing advice regarding opportunities for full and equal participation of persons with disabilities in the life of the province.
  • Accessibility Advisory Committee
    The Accessibility Advisory Committee (AAC) provides advice and recommendations to Council about facilities and other infrastructure, programs, services, activities and policies, for the purpose of improving the City's livability, inclusiveness and accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
