Thank you for your interest in participating Voices Without Barriers, Alberta’s first fully accessible music festival and inclusive community event experience taking place on September 26, 2026.

This event will bring together artists, community organizations, employers, advocates, service providers, and community members in celebration of accessibility, inclusion, disability culture, and community connection.

We anticipate significant community participation and media attention surrounding this groundbreaking event and are excited to offer organizations the opportunity to host a resource/information booth.

BOOTH PRICING

  • $150 – Early Bird Rate (applications received before August 15, 2026)
  • $200 – Standard Rate (applications received on or after August 15, 2026)

    • Ensure booth representatives conduct themselves professionally
    • Follow event guidelines provided by VAD Society
    • Submit payment upon confirmation of booth acceptance
