Expanding on the BC Partners in Workforce Innovation initiative (BC WiN), CAN WiN offers inclusive recruitment, retention, training and consulting services for employers in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

Our services are free thanks to funding through the Government of Canada’s Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities, are available both in-person and virtually, making it easy for anyone to connect, no matter where they are located in Canada.

CAN WiN is a national expansion project that builds upon the success of BC Partners in Workforce Innovation (BC WiN), an eight-year initiative based in British Columbia, now also available in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

Much like a recruitment agency, CAN WiN connects individuals with disabilities and diverse abilities to career opportunities with inclusive employers. Employers with job openings approach CAN WiN and Inclusive Workforce Specialists recruit from a unique talent pool, providing job matching services, training, and ongoing support to ensure success for both the employer and employee. CAN WiN streamlines the hiring process by providing a one-stop-shop with access to many service organizations. Building strong and trusted relationships with employers, individuals, and employment service agencies is critical to the ongoing success of the project.

Recruitment Services
We focus on connecting you to the right job with a respectful employer who values your contributions. You can apply to CAN WiN through your employment support agency Specialists in BC, AB, SK, MB or ON or a post secondary advisor. You can also apply directly to us on your own.

Retention Support
Once hired, our services don’t stop there. We work in collaboration with you, your employer and service agency to facilitate a successful onboarding experience and identify ways to remove barriers to set you up for success throughout your employment lifecycle.

Our employer referral process removes the fear, discomfort and stigma of disclosure. Whether it’s adapting an interview process, or recommending adjustments to bring out your best, we make it easy for you to connect to the right opportunity with our Employer Partners.
