Inclusion

Diversity

  • difference in the lived experiences and perspectives of people that may include race, ethnicity, colour, ancestry, place of origin, political belief, religion, marital status, family status, physical disability, mental disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, class, and/or socio-economic situations

Workplace Culture

  • culture is a social system of meaning and custom that is developed by a group of people. it is distinguished by a set of spoken and unspoken rules that shape values, habits, patterns of thinking, behaviours, customs and styles of communication.  It is an integrated patter of human knowledge, belief, and behaviour that depends on the capacity for learning and transmitting knowledge to succeeding generations.
